Blair E. Weigand

In 1992, Attorney Blair E. Weigand received a Juris Doctorate from The New England School of Law and was granted license to practice as a Counselor of Law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Weigand is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Attorney Weigand has worked as an Assistant District Attorney via S.J.C. Rule 3:03 for the counties of Plymouth and Barnstable. Blair has been engaged in private practice since 1992 and has concentrated in civil litigation with emphasis on personal injury cases.

Attorney Weigand is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Barnstable County Bar Association, and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

Attorney Weigand takes pride in representing the individual against the high powered insurance industry. Blair understands that when an individual is injured due to someone’s negligence it can devastate an entire family.
